There is a huge benefit to maintaining fitness and healthy activity during cancer treatment. There is a wide range of physical activity. Many times it was found that this is very much impossible for the patients to follow the exercise routine as they are physically weak and inactive. It seems that it is very difficult for them to start a good healthy routine freshly as they undergo various challenging struggles to cope with the after-effects of cancer treatment. But if they can follow their healthy routine with some simple exercises may lower the risk and side effects of cancer treatment. In many cases, it was found that the people who had followed regular exercises and physical activities will experience fewer physical restrictions. In many studies, it was found that if they follow some moderate exercises at least for 120 minutes a week it will give a benefit. They can start with some of the basic steps in their routine. They can do it at their home. They can include some of their free-hand exercises. These exercises will help them to keep their posture and core fit. This will also help them to increase their body strength. They always need to alternate between their body posture. If they are performing any free hand exercises by sitting at one time, the next exercise needs to be done in a standing position. This will help them to increase their lower body strength. They also need to correct their shoulder blades by pulling them back. This will benefit them to improve back posture and spinal cord posture. As they are resuming their healthy routine once again they can do it for 1 to 2 minutes per day. Later they can increase their time limitations according to their physical strength and requirements. They need to focus to follow this routine and they need to set their goal for completing their workout session and time-lapse as well. They can perform squats and split lunges. There are many benefits of doing squats such as bone density and muscle strength, brain health, and pelvic floor functionality. Split lunges give them hip and back strength, and improve their body balance and core strength. But each and every patient must take the instruction and advice from their treating doctors who knows the stage and state pf their diseases.
