Expertise:

I have expertise in constructing research problems that have a translational impact on cancer disease management. I am working around identifying the non-invasive blood-based biomarkers for liquid biopsy mainly by profiling circulating proteomes, miRNAomes, and lncRNAomes molecules to predict cancer prognosis more accurately robustly, and cost-effectively. Currently, we are working on Breast cancers and Oral cancers.

Major Research Interests:

My research interests are to identify genetic and epigenetic alterations that play a role in cancer malignancies and to determine their clinical importance. Mainly to explore the biology of different non-coding RNA-mediated regulation of gene expression and its alteration during disease progression to understand their role in differential prognostic outcomes in patients with oral cancer and to work on preventive mechanisms through RNA-based therapeutic approaches to treat cancer.

To overcome the therapeutic resistance to cancer by using some novel agents (natural or synthetic).
